We don’t charge a service charge!

Most landlords will pass on their costs for the upkeep of the building to their tenants by way of a service charge. We look at it differently. Tenants want to know how much they are paying per annum BEFORE they commit to a lease. Inevitably from time to time large repairs or improvements are required; we budget for these in our rents.


We employ our own staff

to clean the common areas of the buildings on a daily basis at no extra cost to our tenants. At ALG we feel that properly maintained buildings cost less to run.

we only operate within the Wigan area and this makes us easily contactable and quick to respond to your needs. We directly employ our maintenance team and should a problem with the premises arise your line of contact is direct to us, not through an agent, and it is our staff that will deal with the situation.
