About Us

ALG are a privately owned and family run business established in 1963. ALG have been property owners and landlords in Wigan for over 45 years, before this we were also surveyors, builders, architects and estate agents. We provide everything from main street retail, a single office for a couple of desks to large suites and even whole buildings for a variety of terms from 12 months to 25 years and everything in between.

Before we continue it’s important that you know we are not a typical commercial landlord.

  • Deal directly with us not an agent.
    From the first time you call to make an appointment to view a property to the time you leave, you will deal with us directly.

  • No service charges
    most landlords will pass on their costs for the upkeep of the building to their tenants by way of a service charge, We don’t.
